When will my products be approved?

Once you submit your products, they'll go through our approval process, which runs in batches three to four times a day. Most products go live within a few hours during the workday.

If you require a quicker approval or want your products to be live before the weekend, there’s an option to bypass the approval process by using Instant Publish which allows your products to go live immediately. Please check this link for more details, as there are some limitations with this feature.

You can also send us a message in the chat or email support@thechurch.shop. Please include the title of your store, and we will prioritize the approval process for you.

Quick Tip: Double-check that your products are in the "pending" status and not in draft mode before requesting expedited approval.
