Instant Publish

This feature lets you publish new products to your store immediately, without waiting for a staff review.

Go to Settings & More click Advanced Settings.

In the menu on the left, click Instant Publish.

You will see a toggle switch to Enable Instant Publish.

• Turn It On: Click the switch to enable Bypass Approval. Your new products will go live on your store right away.

• Turn It Off: Click the switch to disable it. Your products will go through a review process before being published.

  Heads Up: This feature does not work for embroidery products. They always require staff approval before they go live.

• Speed vs. Mistakes: When you bypass approval, there is a higher chance of a layout or print error making it onto your store.

• Review Still Happens: The team will still review your products after they are live. If errors are found, it could lead to delays or even product reprints, especially if orders have already been placed.

Use this option when speed is your top priority.

Save Your Changes

When you have the setting how you want it, click the Update Settings button at the bottom of the page to save.
