Hide Products From Store

If you want a product to be available only to volunteers, staff, ministry teams, or a specific group, you can hide it from general browsing and share the direct product link.

1. Go to your dashboard.

2. Select Products from the left panel.

3. Choose the product you want to update.

4. Click Edit Product.

5. Choose your preferred option from the Storefront visibility dropdown.

   

6. Select the visibility setting that best fits how you want the product to be accessed.

7. Save or publish your changes.

Once the product is hidden, it will not appear while customers browse the shop. It can only be accessed by people who have the direct product link.

• Visible on shop
  The product is shown publicly in your storefront and can be found while browsing.

• Searchable only
  The product does not appear while browsing, but it can still be found through store search.

• Hidden (link only)
  The product is not shown while browsing and cannot be found through store search. It is only reachable by direct link.

After saving the product as Hidden (link only), open the product page using the preview or view option. Copy the product URL and share it directly with your volunteers, team members, or the group who should have access.
