Checkout Donations
Checkout Donations allow your members and supporters to make an optional donation to your church or ministry while shopping from your storefront.
When enabled, shoppers will see the option to add a donation during checkout before completing their purchase. Your church or ministry receives 100% of the donation amount, while a separate processing fee is added to the customer's order to help cover payment processing costs.
Donations are processed alongside merchandise orders and are included in your regular payout process, making it easy to receive both store earnings and donations through one streamlined system.
How It Works
When Checkout Donations are enabled, customers shopping from your storefront will see an optional donation section during checkout.
They can:
Enter any donation amount.
Review the donation before placing their order.
See the donation and processing fee displayed as separate line items in their order summary.
If a customer chooses not to make a donation, no processing fee is charged.
Donation Processing Fee
A processing fee is added separately to the customer's order to help cover payment processing costs.
Your church or ministry receives 100% of the donation amount. The processing fee is paid by the customer and is not deducted from your donation.
The processing fee is based on your current membership plan.

Your church or ministry receives the full $25.00 donation.
Receiving Your Donations
👉🏻 Once an order has been paid, donations follow the same payout schedule as your regular earnings. When the donation becomes available, it is automatically added to your available payout balance and can be included in your next payout request.
