Checkout Donations FAQs
Does our church receive the full donation?
Yes. Your church or ministry receives 100% of every donation. A separate donation processing fee is added to the customer's order and is not deducted from the donation amount.
Do donations appear separately from our regular earnings?
Yes. The Payouts dashboard includes a dedicated Donation Summary and Donation Payout Timeline, allowing you to view and track donation activity separately.
Can customers use promo codes or coupons toward donations?
No. Promo codes and coupons only apply to eligible products and cannot be applied to donations or donation processing fees.
Can customers use gift cards to pay for donations?
No. Gift cards cannot be used toward donation amounts or donation processing fees.
Can donations be refunded?
No. Donations and donation processing fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, even if products from the same order are refunded.
If a customer receives a refund for their order, is the donation refunded as well?
No. Refunding products from an order does not affect the donation. Donations and donation processing fees remain non-refundable.
Can customers choose any donation amount?
Yes. Customers may enter any donation amount they wish to contribute during checkout.
Is making a donation required?
No. Donations are completely optional. Customers may choose to add a donation or continue through checkout without making one.
Do we need to request donation payouts separately?
No. Donations are automatically included with your regular payout once they become available. No separate payout request is required.
