Refunds on Orders Purchased w/ Gift Card Orders

For any order where a gift card was used, refunds are always processed to the gift card first.

How This Works

• Any amount paid using a gift card is refunded back to the same gift card.

• This restores your gift card balance for future use.

If Another Payment Method Was Also Used

If your order was paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method (such as a credit card or PayPal), the refund is handled in this order:

• Gift card amount is refunded first

• Any remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method

Example:

• Order total: $50

• Payment method: $30 gift card + $20 credit card

• Refund processed:
  $30 returned to the gift card
  $20 returned to the credit card
