What Happens When A Color Or Size Is Out Of Stock?

Sometimes, items in the catalog run out of stock. Whether it’s a size or a color, there are times when demand is high and supply is low. This is when we will work to mitigate the shortage through substitutions.

The top priority is making sure your order is fulfilled.

Here are our answers to your burning questions about product substitution:

If a specific product is out of stock:

• If we can replace it with an equal or better product of a different but still similar brand or style, we will use that product. Otherwise, we will reach out for a substitution.

Are automatic substitutions preventable?

• At this time, we do not prevent automatic substitutions. This would slow down our fulfillment process and delay orders. 

Note: We try not to substitute items on bulk orders. For example, if you order 10 items of the same color or brand, we will not change one of them without your permission.
