Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered but Not Received" Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when your tracking shows Delivered, but your package isn't there. We're here to help however we can.

Please take a few moments to:

  • Check around your home or church, including porches, side entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or other safe delivery locations.

  • Ask family members, church staff, volunteers, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.

  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details or confirm where the package was left.

Please note: In some cases, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before it arrives, so we recommend allowing a little extra time before reporting the package as missing.

If Your Package Is Still Missing

📌 If you're unable to locate your package after completing the steps above, please contact our Support Team within 7 business days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information so we can assist with an investigation while carrier records are still current.

📌 While we are not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier has marked as delivered, we'll do our very best to help you work toward a resolution and guide you through the next steps.
