No, Gift Cards can be used on any product on any store.

Do Gift Cards expire?
No, they never expire.

Can I give a Gift Card or Promo Code to anyone?
Yes! These are perfect for family, friends, volunteers, staff, or giveaways.

I lost my Gift Card number. What do I do?
Email support@thechurch.shop or start a chat for help.

Can I create a gift card with a custom code?
Yes! From your dashboard, go to Gift Cards and select Promo Code.

Can I name my promo code?
Yes, you can choose any unique name for your organization.

How do I give my code to multiple people with limits?
Set the amount per use and total number of uses. For example, $5 per use with 100 uses.

Can I reload a promo code?
Yes, click the Create/Top Up.

Can a promo code cover shipping only?
Yes, select Apply to Shipping Only when creating the code.

Can I set an expiration date for a promo code?
Yes, set it during code creation.

How is promo code usage tracked?
Usage is tracked in your dashboard. Simply go to Gift Cards to view and monitor promo code activity.

Can I limit promo code usage or amount?
Yes, options include max uses per user, max total uses, max dollar amount per user, and shipping-only application.
