Merch Reserve is the easiest way to manage bulk orders for your big event! This hassle-free system lets customers place their orders in advance, and we take care of the rest—printing and shipping everything together so it arrives at your organization at the same time.

By eliminating individual shipping costs, Merch Reserve helps you save money while ensuring a smooth distribution process. Whether you’re organizing a church event, mission trip, VBS, conference, or team gathering, you can rest easy knowing that every shirt will be there—on time and ready to go. Plus, no one has to worry about forgetting their shirt at home!

With Merch Reserve, bulk ordering is simple, cost-effective, and stress-free.

How It Works

1. Set Up a Merch Reserve Product

  • Select a product and go to the Merch Reserve tab.

  • Check the Merch Reserve box and enter the required details.

Under the Merch Reserve Tab, check the merch reserve box and fill out the following sections:

  • Merch Reserve Box. Activating Merch reserve will remove shipping costs from this product and delay shipment until your set in-hand date.

  • Order In Hand Date: Set the latest date you want these items to arrive at your location. We will close order on this item two weeks before for printing and shipping. Once fulfillment begins, the product will be marked as "Draft."

  • Description: – Provide key details for those ordering, including pickup date, location, and purpose. This information will appear on the product page and in customer emails.

2. Submit for Review.

Once submitted, our team will review your request. Upon approval, the order in-hand date will be displayed on the product page, along with a dropdown for additional Merch Reserve details.

When the reserve period ends, we print and ship everything to your church.

Simple and stress-free!

Hop over to the Merch Reserve tab to track your order! Active orders will show up right at the top and stay there until your in-hand date. Once everything’s wrapped up, they’ll move to your order history.

Historical Merch Reserve Products:
Here, you’ll see the status of past orders whether they’re in production, shipped, or delivered. If your order’s on the way, you’ll find the tracking number at the right side of the page.

FAQ

What method is used to print the shirts/items?

We use the standard method for the item you chose. If you wish to change to screen-printing for reduced costs. Please reach out to our team.

Who pays the shipping?

At this time, we are covering the cost of shipping for the initial launch of Merch Reserve.

Is there a minimum amount required to be ordered for this to work?
Not at all! There is no minimum for this order to ship. As soon as the date closes, we will print and ship.
