How to Track Shipments

How do we track our order?

  • After you place your order, an Order ID or Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

  • When you want to track your order, navigate to https://thechurch.shop/order-tracking/ and enter your Order ID or Tracking Number in the field on the left, then enter the Billing Email or the email you used to place the order in the field on the right.

  • Hit the “Track” button, and you will be able to see the status of your order.

That’s it! If you run into any issues, just let us know.

Additional Notes:

  • Some items may arrive separately, so if you have not received them yet, they are still on the way.

    • These items are not shipped together with the rest of your order: 

    • Embroidery

    • Drinkware

    • Accessories

    • Lane Seven / Comfort Colors

  • Because they are shipped separately, each package will have its own unique Order ID, and they will all be emailed to you. You may track your items and packages through the Order Tracking Portal.
