What are shipping costs? How long does fulfillment take?

Note: DTG items are fulfilled from a different warehouse and are shipped separately from DTF & embroidery items.
Fulfillment can take longer for the following reasons:
Stock issues: If we are out of an item, we will either wait for it to come back in stock or reach out to you for an alternative item.
Embroidery: First-time embroidery orders require digitizing - where the design is converted into a file readable by embroidery machines. This can take 1–2 business days.
Large Orders: If your order is large and made up of different types of items, it may be delayed. Items may ship in separate packages.
Seasonal Delays: At different times of the year, orders go up, and our production lines get overrun. Fulfillment can take longer at these times. Check Holiday Shipping Times here.
Orders on Hold: Orders may be placed on hold due to stock issues, artwork concerns, approval requirements, or missing information. If we need input from you, we'll reach out with available options. To avoid delays, please respond within 72 hours. If we do not hear back within that timeframe, we will do our best to move your order forward using the information available, while maintaining our quality standards and minimizing delays whenever possible.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is typically within 5 days. We say "typically" because we all know how USPS likes to run. Larger orders will ship via UPS and on occasion, we will use other 3rd party shipping companies. We try to find the balance between cheap and effective shipping.
We constantly work to keep shipping lower. These are our economy rates*:
T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, polo shirts: $4.99 + $1.45 for each additional item.
Hoodies, Jackets, Sweaters: $7.72 + $1.99 for each additional item.
Outerwear: $9.50 + $1.75 for each additional item.
Stickers: $3.49 + $.75 for each additional item.
Tumblers: $7.74 + $1.75 for each additional item.

International products ship from a different warehouse, so you may see different rates compared to U.S. product variants.
