Ordering Samples & Removing Commissions

If I am ordering shirts and items for myself, is there a way to remove the $3 Commission from the item?
Not at this time: The $3 Commission won't be applied to Sample Orders. We offer a 10% discount for all sample orders. But this doesn't impact the $3 Commission.
