Part 1: How to Set Up Commissions
How to Set Up Your Payment Method
1. Go to Settings & More > Payout
2. Set up your preferred method of payout.
Options:
PayPal
Stripe
Check or Gift Card
How to Set Your Commissions Per Product [Help Article]
1. To set commissions for products in your store, go to your Dashboard > My Products [https://thechurch.shop/store-manager/products/]
2. Open a product.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click "Set Commission."
4. Set your profit / commission rate. For Basic and Standard accounts, you can set up to $3 commissions. For Premium accounts and higher (Custom), you can set your own rates.
5a. You may set the commission on a new product you are creating. Just scroll down to the very bottom and hit "Submit" if you're creating a new product and setting its commission.
5b. If you are setting the commission for an existing product, hit "Publish Changes" after adding your commission rate.
Part 2: How to View & Monitor Commissions Received
View commissions received on each order as they come in.
Go to My Sales > “Earnings” tab.
Your Commission earnings should appear on this column.
Part 3: How to Withdraw Your Funds
1. Go to My Funds > Click "Withdrawal
2. Select Your Commissions.
3. Hit “Request.”
NOTES:
Funds are available to withdraw about 10 days after a sale is completed.
Withdrawals via bank transfer or Stripe typically take 7–10 business days to process and reach your account. Check delivery may take up to two weeks.
