How to Add Your Own Items to Your Church Shop (Premium Plan)

With the Premium plan, you can use The Church Shop as your Point of Sale (POS) and list your own custom products whether that’s bulk coffee, event tickets, books, or anything else your church wants to offer for in-person pickup.

These items are set for in-person pickup, with delivery also available if desired. Any delivery costs should be included in the final sale price.

We’ll handle the setup, so you don’t need to worry about tech headaches or inventory management.

Go to your Dashboard > Products, then click Custom Merch.

From there, you can:

• Add your product details

• Set pricing

• Add product photos and descriptions

• Choose fulfillment options:

  • Pickup in store

  • Delivery by your staff

Once everything is filled out, just click Save Product.

Final prices include a service fee based on your seller price:

• Seller price $0 – $19.99 → $2 service fee

• Seller price $20 – $49.99 → $4 service fee

• Seller price $50+ → $6 service fee

If you choose to offer delivery, please note that any delivery costs should be included in the final sale price you provide, as The Church Shop does not automatically calculate delivery fees for these items.

Once your products are live, you can direct your congregation or visitors straight to your shop page.
